The board should be readable on a phone. The rule should fit in one sentence.

  • One word at a time

    Five letters is the familiar start. Say how many guesses before the answer is shown.

  • Hints that mean something

    Right letter in the right place, right letter in the wrong place, or a miss. Use color and a word, so it is not only color.

  • A keyboard

    On-screen letters for a phone, and the real keyboard on a computer. Both submit the same guess.

  • The answer

    Show it when the guesses run out, and offer another word.

  • A daily word, if you want one

    The same word for everyone that day needs a list you control. Saving who solved it needs the database unlock. The price is on the pricing page.

  • A link to send

    Publish to a build3.site address. People play in the browser.

Before you start

Can I use my own word list?

Yes. Put the words in the prompt, or ask to add them later in the same project.

How do I pay for the build?

You buy credits and spend them as you build. Nothing renews each month, and unused credits stay on the account. Pack sizes and what a prompt costs are on the pricing page. A small change costs less than starting over.

Can I use my own domain?

The build3.site link is included. Connecting a domain you already own is a separate unlock on that project. The price is on the pricing page. Build3 does not sell domains. You add the records at the registrar, and the free link keeps working too.
