How to build a clinic website

What you treat, when you are open, and how to ask for a visit. Build3 builds the page. It is a site for patients to read, not a medical record.

  • No subscription
  • Credits do not expire
  • A link when you publish

12:00What you get

Services, hours, and a request

A patient wants to know if you can see them, and when.

  • Services in plain language

Name what the clinic does. Skip the jargon unless a patient would search for that word.

  • Hours and address

Days, opening time, and where to come. Put them on the first screen.

  • A request for a visit

Name, phone, the service, and a preferred day. Saved requests need the database unlock. The price is on the pricing page. This is not a patient record system.

  • A fee, if you publish one

Ask for a payment checkout only when a visit is paid on the page. You connect your own payment account. Build3 does not take a cut.

  • Clear on a phone

People look up a clinic on the way. Hours and the address have to be readable.

  • A link you can give out

Publish to a build3.site address. Your own domain can point at the same site later.

12:00How it works

From a sentence to a link

You describe it, look at the preview, and publish when it is the one you want people to see.

  1. 01

List the services and the hours

Those are the page. A long about section can wait.

  2. 02

    Send a test request

Check that the service and the day are both on the form.

  3. 03

    Publish

Share the link. Update the live site when hours change.

12:00Prompts

Start from one of these

Change the one that is close, then start building. The button opens a new account. It does not send the prompt for you.

12:00Questions

Before you start

Does this store patient records?

No. It is the public site: services, hours, and a request to visit. It is not a medical record.

How do I pay for the build?

You buy credits and spend them as you build. Nothing renews each month, and unused credits stay on the account. Pack sizes and what a prompt costs are on the pricing page. A small change costs less than starting over.

Can the clinic use its own domain?

The build3.site link is included. Connecting a domain you already own is a separate unlock on that project. The price is on the pricing page. Build3 does not sell domains. You add the records at the registrar, and the free link keeps working too.

Describe the clinic.

The services, the hours, and how a patient should ask for a visit.
