These terms are the rules for using Build3 at build3.dev. If you make an account or use the product, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Build3.
What Build3 is
Build3 is a site builder. You describe a site in plain language. We generate it, give you a live preview, and can host it for you. You can download the code. Some features use credits.
Your account
You need an account to build. You can sign up with email or with Google. Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
You must be 13 or older.
Credits and payment
There is no monthly plan. You buy credits when you need them. Credits do not expire. Prompts and some upgrades use credits. Prices are shown before you pay.
Payments go through Paystack. Refunds are handled case by case. Email hello@build3.dev if a charge looks wrong.
Your sites
You own the sites you build and the code we generate for you. You can download it and take it elsewhere. You also own the content you put in those sites.
You give us permission to store, run, and host that work so the product can function (preview, publish, backups).
What the AI can get wrong
The builder is software. It can make mistakes, miss a feature, or write code that needs a fix. Check your site before you use it for real customers or payments. We do not promise a perfect result from every prompt.
Fair use
Do not use Build3 to:
- Break the law
- Harm people, scam, or phish
- Attack other systems
- Host malware, spam, or adult sexual content involving minors
- Copy someone else's work in a way that is not allowed
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, or that puts the service or other people at risk.
Our service
We try to keep Build3 up. We do not promise it will always be available, or that a given prompt will finish. Hosting for published sites can change if we have to take a site down for abuse or unpaid use.
Liability
Build3 is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damage from using the product. If we are liable, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Stopping
You can stop using Build3 at any time. Email us to delete your account. We can stop providing the service, or close an account, if we need to.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is in our Privacy page.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If you keep using Build3 after that, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. If a part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
