How to build a shooter game
You aim, you fire, and something comes toward you. Build3 builds a round you can play, then publishes a link.
- No subscription
- Credits do not expire
- A link when you publish
12:00What you get
Move, aim, fire
The first version needs a shot that hits and a miss that matters.
A way to move and a way to fire
Keys on a computer. A finger to move and a fire button on a phone. Both have to work.
Something to hit
Targets, or enemies that move. Say what a hit does and what happens when they reach you.
Lives and a score
Three lives is a clear start. Show the score during the round and again at the end.
Restart
The same fire button, or a button on the end screen, starts the next round.
A list of scores
A best score on this device is enough. Names other people can see need the database unlock. The price is on the pricing page.
A link to play
Publish to a build3.site address. The play area has to fit a phone.
12:00How it works
From a sentence to a link
You describe it, look at the preview, and publish when it is the one you want people to see.
01
Name the shot
What you fire, what you hit, and what ends the round.
02
Hit ten targets
If the shot feels late or the targets are unfair, say so before you add levels.
03
Publish
Send the link when a round is fun for a minute.
12:00Prompts
Start from one of these
Change the one that is close, then start building. The button opens a new account. It does not send the prompt for you.

12:00Included
What the project comes with
- A round you can play
- Move and fire on keyboard and touch
- A score and a restart
- A build3.site link
- A preview you play first
- A shared score list after the database unlock
- Your own domain after you unlock it
12:00Questions
Before you start
Can I add more waves?
Yes. Play the first wave, then ask for the next one in the same project.
How do I pay for the build?
You buy credits and spend them as you build. Nothing renews each month, and unused credits stay on the account. Pack sizes and what a prompt costs are on the pricing page. A small change costs less than starting over.
Can I use my own domain?
The build3.site link is included. Connecting a domain you already own is a separate unlock on that project. The price is on the pricing page. Build3 does not sell domains. You add the records at the registrar, and the free link keeps working too.
