How to build a school website
Name the school, who it is for, and how to apply or visit. Build3 builds the pages. A parent should find the fees, the location, and the next step on the first visit.
- No subscription
- Credits do not expire
- A link when you publish
12:00What you get
What a parent looks for first
Fees, location, and how to apply. The rest can wait.
Who the school is for
Age, neighborhood, and the kind of school. One clear sentence on the first screen.
Fees and dates
Put the fees and the term dates where they can be found. Ask for a change in the same project when they update.
An admission form
Name, phone, the child’s class, and a short note. Saved applications need the database unlock. The price is on the pricing page.
A visit, not a maze
A parent on a phone should reach the form without hunting through a menu.
Photos you can replace
Describe the campus if the photos are not ready. Swap in the real ones later.
A link for the prospectus
Publish to a build3.site address and send it. Your own domain can point at the same site later.
12:00How it works
From a sentence to a link
You describe it, look at the preview, and publish when it is the one you want people to see.
01
List what parents ask
Fees, location, ages, and how to apply.
02
Send yourself the form
If a field is missing, ask for it before you publish.
03
Publish
Share the link. Update the live site when fees or dates change.
12:00Prompts
Start from one of these
Change the one that is close, then start building. The button opens a new account. It does not send the prompt for you.

- A preview before you publish
- A build3.site link
- Saved applications after the database unlock

12:00Questions
Before you start
Can I change the fees later?
Yes. Ask for the new fees in the same project, check the preview, then update the published site.
How do I pay for the build?
You buy credits and spend them as you build. Nothing renews each month, and unused credits stay on the account. Pack sizes and what a prompt costs are on the pricing page. A small change costs less than starting over.
Can the school use its own domain?
The build3.site link is included. Connecting a domain you already own is a separate unlock on that project. The price is on the pricing page. Build3 does not sell domains. You add the records at the registrar, and the free link keeps working too.
