Build3 vs Replit
16 October 2026
Replit is where you write and run code in the browser, with an agent that can help. Build3 is where you describe a website or a game and judge the preview.
Who the screen is for
Replit assumes you are willing to be in a coding workspace. The files are the product you are working on. Build3 assumes you want the page or the game, and the conversation is how you change it.
A person who likes an editor should stay on Replit. A person who wants to say “a booking page” or “a one-button game” and then play or read the result should open Build3.
Publishing
Build3 publishes to a build3.site link from the project. That link is included. Your own domain is a separate unlock. The price is on the pricing page.
Build3 is credits. Nothing renews each month. This article does not quote Replit’s plans.
- Build3 starts from a sentence
- Replit starts from a coding workspace
- Games on Build3: describe it, then play the preview
- Paying on Build3: credits, no subscription
- Hosting on Build3: a build3.site link is included
Which one to open
Open Replit when you want the code and an environment to run it. Open Build3 when you want the finished website or game and a link.
