Build3 vs Bubble

16 October 2026

Bubble is for building a web app by placing elements and wiring workflows yourself. Build3 is for describing a website or a game and getting a preview you can change by asking.

How the app gets made

In Bubble you design the pages and the logic on a canvas. It is powerful, and it asks you to learn that canvas. In Build3 you say what the visitor should be able to do, then you look at the preview.

A logged-in app, a list of records, or a form is possible on both. On Build3, saved accounts and records need the database unlock. The price is on the pricing page.

Games and the bill

Build3 will build a game you can play from a link. Bubble is not where you go to make a game.

Build3 charges credits for the work, with no subscription. Unused credits stay. Bubble sells its own plans. This article does not quote them. A build3.site link is included when you publish.

  • How you build on Build3: a description
  • How you build on Bubble: a visual editor
  • Games on Build3: yes
  • Paying on Build3: credits, no subscription
  • Hosting on Build3: a build3.site link is included

Which one to open

Open Bubble when you want to assemble the app yourself and you are ready to learn that tool. Open Build3 when you want to describe a website or a game and send a link.

Start with one sentence.

Describe a website or a game. Build3 takes it from there.
