Sign up

Open Build3 and create an account with your email and a password, or continue with Google. Use an email you can open. Receipts and the mail that says a publish finished go there.

The same email is how you sign in later. If you used Google, sign in with Google again. If you used a password, use that password.

The welcome mail

The welcome mail is only a hello. It does not include credits, and it does not start a project. You can ignore it and go straight to the dashboard.

Before the first prompt

Add credits before you send the first prompt. A new account does not include a free build. Open billing from the account, pick a pack, and pay. Pack sizes are on the pricing page.

In Nigeria that payment goes through Paystack. Everywhere else it goes through Paddle. The credits land on the account either way. They do not expire, and nothing renews next month.

If you cannot get in

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page if you set a password and lost it. The reset mail goes to the address on the account.

If Google sign-in fails, try again, or create the account with email instead. Two accounts do not share projects or credits. Build on the account you intend to keep.
